The Lincoln Heights local neighborhood struggle to put on the 8th Annual Christmas Parade. The neighborhood council members scheduled a meeting to discuss about the finances. Although the votes of the community and the council members are not final they should have thought of this earlier to begin with. Ed P. Reyes supports this.
I believe that they should keep the parade and christmas shouldn't be taken away from the community. Also that they should have been discussing this issue earlier in order to plan it all aout
